Connect With Our Past and Present Ocean

Land Honoring

Our names are Lucy, Ruby, Juneeta, Tiantian and Hiona. We would like to honor that we are guests on the ancestral territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. We are incredibly grateful to the creator for allowing us to be able to live and learn on this land. As we began to create this project we felt that it is important that we honored the people that took care of the land and ocean for thousands of years before us. We hope to do our part in conserving the beautiful wildlife of British Columbia. Ha’ui ch q’u O siem (Thank you)
